H-B1 Visa (Specialty Occupation Visas)

Purpose:

Allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical and practical application of a body of specialized knowledge.

How:

1. Employees must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a specific field. The job must also require this level of education
2. Can lead to a green card if employer petitions for employee.
